02  Residential Estate Project

A project 25 years in the making. 

 

We were part of the original installation, and had the the opportunity to do an updated re-design and installation.  It was truly a complete renovation, that added a new aviary and 13,000 gallon koi pond, all new lighting, trellis systems, and patios, as well as, all new drought tolerant landscape on two acres.

 

At the core of the project was the desire to renovate and redevelop a lush landscape while decreasing overall water use, and energy consumption.  The home features over 160 solar panels, generating a net-zero footprint.  The landscape on maturity will function as a low water efficiency model as how to design estate sized landscapes with low water consumption requirements.
