Project no.1

This project was ground up with a new Cape Cod style home in a beach city in the South Bay of Los Angeles.  With young boys, this was a truly an active sports landscape, and entertaining home.

The landscape features a Sports Court across the full- back length of the property,  Also included is a pool with a raised spa with waterfalls, and a fire pit conversation area.  To meet the required setbacks, the pool equipment was placed in an underground vault, with the fire pit area "sitting on the roof."

This project was truly an effort in making all the program elements fit on a very compact site.
